Ken Motew is the principal and founding partner of Mo2 Properties, along with his brother, Michael. His financial dexterity and strong sense of market trends, along with his unrivaled ability to assess new opportunities and provide insight from project conception to completion, have resulted in the growth of Mo2 Properties from management of 100 apartment units in 2009 to over 1000 units, including commercial, mixed-use, restaurant, industrial and single-family homes. He is actively involved in the C-level decision-making for the management and construction divisions of Mo2 Properties. Ken graduated in 1991 from Indiana University with a degree in business and launched his career in the Chicago real estate market. Ken lives in Highland Park with his family, and likes to play hockey, work out and travel.
